Freiwilligendienst: Fünf Jahre Lebenserfahrung in zehn Monaten
Rasmus wollte nach seinem Abitur etwas Neues sehen und sich gleichzeitig gesellschaftlich engagieren. Er hörte auf einer Infoveranstaltung vom Europäischen Solidaritätskorps (ESK). Die "leuchtenden Augen" der ehemaligen Teilnehmenden bestärkten ihn in seinem Plan, einen Freiwilligendienst zu machen. Und so ging Rasmus im September 2022 mit dem ESK nach Ungarn. Im Interview gibt er Einblicke in seine Erfahrung als Freiwilliger.

The European Youth Work Agenda Coming Alive in Slovenia
Tina Kosi is the Acting Director for Youth at the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia and is heading up the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Youth. Tina shared with us one of the biggest developments currently underway in the Slovenian youth sector. This development is the ‘Strategic Plan for the Implementation of the European Youth Work Agenda in Slovenia’ (Strategic Plan), which is part of the National Youth Programme (NYP) 2023-2032.

A conference at the crossroad of Youth Work, Culture and Education
Between the 2nd and 4th November 2022, in Bonn Germany, a conference took place titled, “Youth Work, Culture and Education: European Trilogue-Conference on Cultural Youth Education”. Rolf Witte, one of the organisers of the event, shares some insights on this event. The conference took place in the framework of the Bonn Process for the implementation of the European Youth Work Agenda, and as a contribution to the European Year of Youth.

The European Youth Work Agenda as guidance for policy development
How can the Bonn Process be a support in the development of national level policies? Sara Barriga Brighenti took part in the “Youth Work, Culture and Education: European Trilogue-Conference on Cultural Youth Education”. She shares with us the example of the National Plan for the Arts (NPA) in Portugal, where the European Youth Work Agenda and the Bonn Process are providing guidance for its development.
